FIELD: drain devices.

SUBSTANCE: device (1) comprises hollow housing (10) with drain hole (12) and an upper opening for supplying water, an odor protection device comprising a valve movable between an open position, allowing passage of water into the body of the water draining device between the water supply hole and the drain hole, and a closed position blocking the water passage and odor rise between the inlet opening and the drain hole. Device also comprises a device for holding in a closed position for holding a valve in a closed position, a magnetic means for returning to a closed position, adapted for return of movable valve to closed position, device of valve inclination, adapted for orientation of valve in open position. Holding device in closed position comprises the first magnetic element on movable valve acting together by attraction with second magnetic element interconnected with hollow housing (10) or with check valve. Magnetic means of returning to closed position comprises third magnetic element, wherein first magnetic element and third magnetic element perform force of repulsion between them. Hollow housing (10) comprises a bottom and a peripheral wall provided with a drain hole. Device of valve inclination is adapted for valve orientation relative to housing bottom. Third magnetic element is located at the bottom of hollow housing (10).
