SUBSTANCE: disclosed is cartridge receiving device (10) for beverage preparation (70) by means of cartridge (2), which comprises container (6) filled with beverage substrate (7), wherein cartridge receiving device (10) is made with possibility of installation in beverages preparation machine (3) and with possibility of connection with cartridge (2), wherein cartridge receiving device (10) has mixing chamber (8) made with possibility of bringing into hydrodynamic connection with vessel (6) and fluid feed mechanism (12) ending in mixing chamber (8). Cartridge receiving device (10) comprises a tenon guide and a tenon guide installed inside the guide pin with possibility of displacement piercing tenon, which is made with possibility of movement between the retracted position, in which the piercing stud is located at a distance from the sealing element of cartridge (2), and an extended position, in which the piercing stud pierces the sealing element and protrudes into container (6). Outer wall of piercing stud has at least one side channel for guiding beverage substrate (7) towards mixer chamber (8) when the sealing element is punctured.
EFFECT: technical result is high efficiency of contamination of machine for preparation of beverage, as well as easy and reliable opening of preliminarily impermeably closed cartridge.
