FIELD: beverage preparation devices.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to beverage preparation devices. Cartridge receiving device for beverage preparation by means of a cartridge containing a beverage filled with substance, inserted into the beverage preparation machine connected to the cartridge and having a mixing chamber configured to be brought into a hydrodynamic connection with the vessel and a fluid medium supply device terminating in a mixing chamber. Cartridge receiver has cartridge emptying device provided for at least partial movement of beverage substance from container into mixing chamber, comprising a compressed air connector for connection to a compressed air source and a compressed air line, which extends from the compressed air connector to the compressed air outlet, and protruding, first of all, in direction of cartridge capacity to blow compressed air into reservoir. Cartridge emptying device is made so that by means of compressed air the beverage substance from the container is pumped into the mixing chamber, wherein said cartridge has cartridge opening in hydrodynamic connection with said container closed by sealing element with sealing film applied on cartridge opening edge. Cartridge receiving device comprises a tenon guide and a piercing rod installed inside the guide with possibility of movement piercing between the inserted position, in which it is located at a distance from the sealing element, and an extended position in which it punctures the sealing element and enters the container, wherein compressed air line is integrated in piercing stud. Also disclosed is a beverage preparation machine, a cartridge system for a beverage preparation machine, as well as a beverage preparation method.
EFFECT: technical result consists in prevention of beverages preparation machine contamination.
