SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the field of medicine and pharmaceuticals. 1 object is a combination for preventing and/or treating prostate cancer, comprising a benzoheterocyclic compound, a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, a stereoisomer or an isotopic compound and a modulator of the androgen receptor signalling pathway, wherein the combination can additionally include prednisone. 2 object is a pharmaceutical composition for preventing and/or treating prostate cancer containing the corresponding combinations. 3–5 objects - using the compounds in a combination for preparing the corresponding drug. 6 object is a method for preventing and/or treating prostate cancer, comprising administering a combination, and 7 an object - a corresponding kit with a combination of compounds included in the composition.
EFFECT: technical result consists in the synergetic effect of the components in the combination providing the prostate cancer cell growth inhibition.
