SUBSTANCE: invention relates to wireless communication and is intended for selecting at least one resource among a plurality of carriers for transmitting, respectively, one packet. Subscriber device comprises means of detecting a plurality of resource pools of multiple carriers within a detection window to obtain a detection result, wherein length of detection window is configurable or pre-configured; a resource selector for obtaining a plurality of available resources of multiple carriers within a resource selection window according to the detection result, wherein a plurality of available resources are included in one multi-carrier resource pool within a resource selection window, wherein the resource selector is configured to select one resource from the plurality of available resources of the plurality of carriers within the resource selection window in accordance with one of the priorities of one resource pool and the priority of one packet, and wherein the resource selection window length is determined in accordance with the desired delay; and a transmitter configured to transmit one packet on one resource, which is selected by the resource selector.

EFFECT: technical result is high accuracy of detecting available resources.
