SUBSTANCE: communication method implemented by the communication apparatus comprises the following stages: in the first case, when the ratio between the first resource pool in the first carrier and the packet priority satisfies a certain condition, the first resource pool is selected to transmit the packet, and the packet is transmitted using the first resource pool; and in the second case, when the ratio between the first resource pool in the first carrier and the packet priority does not satisfy the condition, a second resource pool is selected from multiple resource pools among multiple carriers based on the channel busy ratios (CBR) for the multiple resource pools, wherein the second resource pool is selected in the ascending order of CBRs starting with the lowest of said CBRs, and said packet is transmitted using the second resource pool.

EFFECT: optimised mechanism for selecting resources in direct connection based on the possibility of a subscriber apparatus at different frequencies.
