SUBSTANCE: disclosed is a method of extracting one or more beta-glucan compounds or a beta-glucan-containing suspension of solids from yeast cells. Method involves cultivation of yeast cells in sugar solution, formation of yeast cell yeast composition containing yeast, treatment of yeast suspension in nanocavitator at pressure from 50 to 150 bar and temperature from 20 to 90 °C and removal of beta-glucan compound or beta-glucan compounds in form of solid substance or containing beta-glucan suspension of solid substances from yeast suspension.
EFFECT: invention provides higher output and saving of chemical agents.
