FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical equipment. Axial pump for pumping blood includes a body with windings of the electric drive, in the inner cavity of which on the hinge bearings of the inlet and outlet support units there is an axial impeller with blades, containing a permanent magnet. Blood passage gap is formed between the sleeve of the body cavity and the blades of the axial impeller. According to the invention, there is a permanent magnet of the inlet support assembly and a permanent magnet of the outlet support assembly, which form a magnetic spring and are configured to create constant contact of working surfaces of the hinge bearings during rotation of the axial impeller. Magnetic spring can act in axial direction on fixed part of pivot bearing of outlet support assembly. Inlet section of impeller blades has a shape providing smooth flow of blood flow to reduce damaging effects on blood cells.
EFFECT: technical result is reduction of pump assembly errors and wear of working surfaces of hinge bearings.
