FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of medicine, in particular to devices for mechanical support of blood circulation and blood pumping. A catheter micro-pump for mechanical support of blood circulation consists of an impeller with blades connected to a shaft mounted in bearings that are pressed into a sleeve of a straightening device having blades. In order to achieve required flow-pressure parameters in small dimensions, minimize blood injury and thrombosis, angles of installation of impeller blades and the straightening device at an inlet are equal to an angle of flow inleakage, and their outlet angles are in the range from 85 to 95°.
EFFECT: creation of a device having minimal dimensions for mechanical support of blood circulation and pumping of blood, inserted through the femoral artery into the cavity of the left ventricle, placed in the aorta and left ventricle of the heart, ensuring the physiology of blood injection, minimizing hemolysis and blood thrombosis during the operation of the micro-pump.
