FIELD: charging circuit.
SUBSTANCE: charge release circuit comprises: a controller, a charge release subcircuit and a first conductor. Charge release subcircuit is separately connected to the controller, the first conductor and the second conductor in the field of effective display of the matrix substrate. Charge release subcircuit is configured to transmit current through first conductor and second conductor under controller control, due to which the charge in the second conductor passes to the first conductor.
EFFECT: technical result consists in reducing the number of bright points on the display panel in a black screen state.
