SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical technique, namely to endoscopic clamp. Endoscopic clamp is made of a flexible polymer material. One end of the endoscopic clamp is made hollow with an internal diameter of 1.6 mm and has a length of 15 mm. Second end of the endoscopic clamp is connected to the first flexible bridge. Second end of the endoscopic clamp is hollow to a depth of 10 mm with an internal diameter of 1.6 mm, and then a solid one, 100–150 mm in length. Inner surface of the first end and the outer surface of the solid portion of the second end are configured to be staggered. Solid part has a continuation in form of a thread.
EFFECT: increase in reliability of fixation of the ligator on the foot is achieved, and the possibility of preliminary ligation of the polyp stalk is possible with a polyp head larger than 30 mm in size.
