SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to compositions containing water-soluble salts of compound I
(I),
production thereof, use in production of a medicinal agent, nasal delivery systems and methods of treating a disease selected from the group consisting of cardiac arrhythmia, stable angina and migraine, using them. Aqueous composition is formulated for nasal administration and contains a pharmaceutically acceptable acetate or methanesulphonate salt of compound I or its racemate or enantiomer, wherein the compound is dissolved in the aqueous composition in concentration of 150 mg/ml to 600 mg/ml.
EFFECT: use of salts having high solubility in water enables to create a composition for nasal administration, which provides new therapeutic capabilities for relieving the symptoms of stable angina, migraine and cardiac arrhythmia, such as PSVT, directly during the episode.
