SUBSTANCE: invention relates to inhalation therapy combined with electronic monitoring devices. Disclosed is a method of treating cardiac arrhythmia in a subject, comprising: identifying cardiac arrhythmia in a subject using an electronic monitoring device, which is worn by the subject; aerosol spraying of a pharmaceutical composition in less than 9 minutes using an inhaler, wherein the pharmaceutical composition contains a therapeutically effective amount of at least one antiarrhythmic agent or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof; administering an aerosol pharmaceutical composition to a subject, thereby treating cardiac arrhythmia.

EFFECT: invention provides treatment of subject within 90 minutes from the moment of onset of cardiac arrhythmia.
