FIELD: data processing.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to recording and erasing information from heterogeneous semiconductor data media (nonvolatile memory devices, flash memory). Method of deleting information from a microchip addressing system comprises erasing information recorded on a microcircuit chip by placing a microchip in a field-forming system, on which one erasing electromagnetic pulse is supplied, modulated with spectral components of microwave and high-frequency pulses and creating high resonant frequency electromagnetic susceptibility in multipliers, made with the possibility of structurally orienting to the global resonance of the acting spectral components of the modulating electromagnetic fields of microwave and high-frequency pulses and reduce screening effect by using non-magnetic materials, creating erasing electromagnetic fields and providing testing of the main controlled parameter – electromagnetic field, in real time, at the moment of action on semiconductor element of microcircuit.
EFFECT: improved reliability at non-contact method of information deletion, reduced power consumption and time of erasing information by electromagnetic field.
