FIELD: magnetic recording technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to magnetic recording technology and aims at record erasing from magnetic data mediums. Magnetic record eraser comprises three blocks: control block, magnetic field block and integrated control block. The control block includes: power supply - accumulator, power switch, two slave keys, run button, automatic voltage regulator. The block has four outputs. The first output is signal output of run button, the second output is voltage output of slave key, the third output is voltage output of automatic voltage regulator, and the fourth output is supply voltage output of power supply. The magnetic field block comprises: magnetic field, capacitor unit, driver, switchboard, the second slave key, field-making system, fan, thermal sensor, pulse magnetic-field strength transducer. The block has four inputs and three outputs: - the first input of this block is signal input of driver; the second input is general input for supply voltage input and input of slave key. Control signal is transmitted with voltage transducer from driving output of the microcontroller to the third input. Control signal is transmitted with the second slave key from the other driving output of the microcontroller to the fourth input. The first output is signal output of thermal sensor, the second output is driving output of capacitor unit and the third output is driving output of voltage transducer. The integrated control block contains display device, display cut-off device and microcontroller. The display device has three inputs: driving input of light-emitting diode luminescence Ready, driving input of light-emitting diode luminescence Attention and driving input of grouped light-emitting diodes luminescence Power supply. The display cut-off device has signal output Display cut-off. The microcontroller has six inputs and five outputs: signal input of display cut-off device, two power supply inputs, signal input of temperature sensor, signal input of capacitor unit, signal input of magnetic-field strength transducer; driving signal output of grouped light-emitting diodes luminescence Power supply, driving signal output of light-emitting diode luminescence Attention, driving signal output of light-emitting diode luminescence Ready, driving signal output of voltage transducer, driving signal output of fan cut-off.
EFFECT: improved erasing quality with disorientation in magnetic cell rotation angle, electric power consumption reduced twice, record erasing time reduced threefold, ensured functionality of the eraser in laboratory environment and in transit.
