SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a molecular sieve, particularly to an ultra-macroporous molecular sieve, as well as to a method of producing a molecular sieve and use thereof as a catalyst. Molecular sieve has a schematic chemical composition represented by the formula "first oxide · second oxide" or formula "first oxide · second oxide · organic template · water", in which the molar ratio of the first oxide and the second oxide is in range from 5 to ∞, first oxide is selected from a group consisting of silicon dioxide, germanium dioxide, tin dioxide, titanium dioxide and zirconium dioxide, preferably silicon dioxide or a combination of silicon dioxide and germanium dioxide, the second oxide is selected from a group, consisting of aluminum oxide, boron oxide, iron oxide, gallium oxide, rare-earth element oxide, indium oxide and vanadium oxide, preferably aluminum oxide, molar ratio of water to first oxide ranges from 5 to 50, molar ratio of template to first oxide ranges from 0.02 to 0.5, and molecular sieve has a certain X-ray diffraction pattern.

EFFECT: molecular sieve has excellent adsorption and catalytic properties.
