SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to abdominal surgery. Mesentery of vermiform appendix is resected together with the lymph nodes in the ileocecal angle in the a.appendicularis divergence from the a.iliocolica main stem. Appendix is removed with subsequent treatment of its stump.
EFFECT: method enables preventing the development of intraperitoneal complications following laparoscopic appendectomy in acute appendicitis regardless of the form of the appendix inflammation.
