FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to abdominal surgery. Puncture needle is used to puncture an anterior abdominal wall in an avascular area in a projection of a remote appendicular process. It is followed by targeted irrigation with a combined polyvalent Sextafag pyobacteriophage of a stump of a remote appendicular process, its bed and adjacent structures under visual control of a laparoscope.
EFFECT: method provides reducing the number of postoperative complications associated with a surgical infection following a laparoscopic appendectomy; provides effective drug consumption during appendicular bed irrigation, controlled and graduated irrigation, additional processing of ligatures and staples on appendicular process stump.
