PROTECTIVE HEAT-SAVING COVER Russian patent published in 2020 - IPC A61G1/04

Abstract RU 2732212 C1

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of medical equipment and is intended for mechanical protection and saving of heat losses of the contour of the artificial circulation apparatus and/or extracorporal membrane oxygenation during evacuation or transportation of the patient. Protective heat-saving cover for apparatuses of artificial blood circulation is made with the possibility of protection against mechanical damages and heat losses of artificial circulation system placed in it along the whole length of the transport vehicle and/or extracorporeal membrane oxygenation and has a multilayer structure, with inner layers of tissue, between which spherical quartz granules are laid to reduce heat losses of the contour of the artificial circulation apparatus and/or extracorporeal membrane oxygenation, fixed relative to tissue due to its piercing by squares, and outer layer from membrane type material to reduce heat losses and protection from moisture. Cover is equipped with fasteners for fixation on main lines of vehicle circulation circuit, has additional fasteners for unloading fastening, is attached to the contour of the artificial blood circulation apparatus placed therein to the patient's transport belts for safe transportation.

EFFECT: technical result is simple and safe prevention of possible mechanical damages of CB/ECMO contour and its heat losses during extracorporeal perfusion of blood.
