Also proposed are a promoter containing the specified polynucleotide, an expression vector containing the specified promoter, a microorganism of the genus Corynebacterium for obtaining the target substance, containing the specified polynucleotide, a method for obtaining the target substance using the microorganism. Also proposed is a method for enhancing the expression of a target gene, including functional linking of a promoter containing the specified polynucleotide with the target gene, and expression of the target gene in the host cell.
EFFECT: invention provides increased expression of target genes upon receipt of target substances.
