FIELD: security systems.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to protection of sea vessels against attack and capture by pirates. Marine security system includes a stronghold based on using an automatic radar plotting aids (ARPA) associated with information sensors (6), interfacing and switching units (7), warning and external signaling units (8), through interface device (26) with electronic power plant (2) electronic control unit, device for propeller shaft automatic locking (3), rudder transfer device to extreme position (5), device for automatic blocking of steering wheel (4), as well as with sensor (24) for control of crew arrival to citadel.
EFFECT: timely notification of crew and blocking propulsion and steering complex, preventing possibility of pirates taking hostages and transportation of captured ship to port in order to obtain ransom, which increases safety of navigation.
