FIELD: powder metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to powder metallurgy, in particular to devices for layer-by-layer synthesis of complex three-dimensional articles from powder materials, and can be used to make articles by selective laser melting (SLM) technology from metal powder materials or by selective laser sintering (SLS) technology from polymer powder materials. Apparatus for layer-by-layer synthesis of three-dimensional articles from powder materials includes a sealed working chamber, a laser radiation source, a structure well with a structure plate, a powder supply device, an application unit and an overflow well in the lower part of the working chamber. Overflow well comprises a header with an opening, a movable platform and a replaceable tank. Manifold contains a shut-off valve connected to the hole. Replaceable container contains a sealing valve and is made with possibility of being suspended from the movable platform. Movable platform is located between shutoff valve and sealing valve and is made with possibility of detachable connection with shutoff valve.
EFFECT: due to improved tightness of connection of removable tank and overflow well header, reduced powder losses during overflow well cleaning and increased quality of synthesized products.
