SUBSTANCE: switching of the conditions of fluid flow under pressure between the first, the second and the third channels (20, 22, 24) in the valve (10) body (12, 14) of the residual pressure relief is ensured by the plug (90) of valve mechanism (16). Between the control organ (18) of the valve mechanism (16) movement and body (12, 14) the conversion device is located to ensure conversion of the rotation of the control organ (18) in the straight movement, and this straight movement transmission to the valve plug (90). The conversion device contains the cam ring (68) of cylindrical shape with pin (92) inserted through the valve plug (90) equipped with inclined grooves (78a, 78b) for the pin (92) directing. At that the cam ring (68) is made by two separate half-rings (72a, 72b) separated one from the other in radial direction.
