FIELD: heating equipment.
SUBSTANCE: proposed invention relates to heat engineering and can be used for removal of large amount of heat from small surface. In micro heat exchanger containing heated rectangular base with micro channels placed on it, inputs into which are connected to heat carrier supply header, and outputs from micro channels are connected to heat carrier removal header, micro channels are located across heated base, wherein each of micro channels has from three to five strokes.
EFFECT: invention increases heat power transferred by the micro heat exchanger at a given area of heat removal, id est specific heat power, increasing density of heat flow at simultaneous reduction of coefficient of non-uniformity of temperature distribution along area of cooled object.
