SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method and system for indicating a danger to a driver of a motor vehicle. Motor vehicle driver hazard identification method comprises steps of detecting potential hazard presence, determining direction towards potential hazard relative to motor vehicle driver, selecting one or more of a plurality of loudspeakers provided in a motor vehicle and surrounding the driver and emitting a warning sound from said one or more loudspeakers. One or more speakers are substantially in the same direction relative to the driver as the potential hazard. Method further comprises steps of communicating with another vehicle to determine the presence of potential hazard perceived by another vehicle, and/or communicating with server to determine presence of potential hazard.
EFFECT: higher safety of motor vehicle control.
