FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to methods and systems for providing round-the-clock first aid and emergency medical care to people outside a medical organization, and can be used in providing first aid and emergency medical care to a population outside a medical facility in any city and administrative centre. Disclosed is a complex comprising: a module of incoming patient requests, comprising a terminal, a module for sorting and evaluating patient requests, configured to medically sort incoming requests for urgency and importance, wherein the patient request sorting and assessment module is additionally configured to assess the risk of medical complications for further assessment of the urgency and importance of the patient's treatment. Complex also comprises a module for recording and archiving patient requests, configured to process and archive in database all incoming hits, module for issuing recommendations, which is made with possibility of providing recommendations to the patient for taking medical medicines, module for determining immediate and medical-friendly brigade of immediate and emergency medical care closest to the patient, a communication module configured to send a patient's request to the medical team terminal together with the location information. Communication module is also configured to compose and send an optimal and less time-consuming route from the location of the nearest medical team to the place of residence of the patient who left the treatment depending on urgency and importance. Communication module is configured to send said information for 2–4 minutes from the moment of reception.
EFFECT: invention provides reducing the time of arrival to the ambulance emergency room for the ambulance special medical service provision by the centralized management of the ambulance and emergency medical care teams, reduced time for setting a medical diagnosis of a patient using information available in electronic databases on his previous diseases, improved remote diagnostic techniques for pathological states of patients, higher quality of medical care with provision of improved accessibility of emergency and urgent medical care, improvement of quality of operative control at all stages of emergency and urgent medical care.
