FIELD: physics.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to design of low-noise amplifiers for transceiving modules with frequency selection of amplification factor when using radial divider-adders (RDA), which provide high level of amplification factor in Ku- and Ka-frequency ranges at reduced level of noise introduced by amplifier. Frequency selection is achieved due to alternate arrangement of waveguide channels for transmitting power of amplified in RDA signals with sections of short-circuited waveguides, which play the role of efficient wave reflectors in resonators with axial symmetry. There is an azimuthal connection of wave packets propagating in radial delay lines on one side and in resonators formed by said reflectors and a central zone for outputting the power of the wave fluxes being summed therein. At resonant natural frequencies energy of wave flows does not penetrate into partial channels of power amplification of input signal.

EFFECT: technical result consists in provision of frequency isolation of amplification channels, preventing self-excitation of undesirable oscillations in them and thus increasing stability of RPM operation, in which similar amplifiers are used.
