MICROWAVE POWER TRANSCEIVER Russian patent published in 2020 - IPC H04B1/03 H03F3/195 H05K7/20

Abstract RU 2725607 C1

FIELD: radio equipment.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to high-power transmission devices. Disclosed is a microwave radio transmitter, comprising a microwave signal source, a power supply and a power amplifier unit based on monolithic integrated circuits (MIC) power amplifiers and adder device, power amplifier unit is a structure from an enclosed into a single housing of a heat conducting metal or alloy divider/adder of a circular type, comprising a plurality of radially directed relative to a coaxial input of the waveguide signal waveguide channels, on ends of free ends of which perpendicular to longitudinal axis of the latter there installed are MIC power amplifiers, which are mounted in connected to housing divider/adder crystal holders in the presence of two-step junction "crystal-copper-molybdenum compensator - crystal holder". Splitter/adder housing is made of brass. Advantage of radio transmitter is improvement of heat dissipation of crystal of power amplifier due to application of two-stage junction "crystal-copper-molybdenum compensator - crystal holder". Heat removal is performed by a single divider/adder housing, while the copper-molybdenum compensator eliminates the difference between thermal expansion coefficients of the chip holder and the MIC power amplifier.

EFFECT: technical result is reduced weight and size parameters and increased output power of radio transmitter.
