SUBSTANCE: invention relates to means of reserving systems for monitoring the condition of rail lines. The device includes a circuit mounted at the interlocked switch post and in the track boxes at the track borders of rail circuits, a station computer, a track generator and a track receiver are provided at the interlocked switch post, a rectifier and a battery, an electronic key, a phase change fixation device and a cyclic synchronization signal fixation device, a track transformer, a counter, a logic OR element and four tuning U-links, the track box is additionally equipped with a cable core switching board, which makes it possible to replace a broken core.
EFFECT: reduction in the time to eliminate damage to the linear cable laid on the running line is achieved.
