FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to railway track superstructure, in particular, to repair methods of operational damages of blunt crosses surfaces. Proposed method comprises cleaning of damaged surfaces, surfacing and machining of weld metal. Crosspiece is measured by means of template with level and measuring wedge. Base for determination of sections is mathematical center of cross-piece. After defective metal grinding, capillary color flaw detection is carried out for absence of surface cracks. First roller is welded on one of the less worn-out parts of the first rifle against cross-section of core approximately 12–20 mm. Second roller is built-up on core with maximum wear in cross-section of approximately 12–20 mm. Third roller is built on worn-out part of second rifle against cross-section of core approximately 12–30 mm. Fourth roller is built-up on less worn-out core in the same cross-section. Each surfaced roller is cooled to temperature of not less than 100 °C, after that each surfaced roller is forged along its entire length. Then, deposition order is preserved in the same sequence.
EFFECT: enabling recovery of dimensions of blunt spiders.
