FIELD: power engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to technical means used for monitoring the state of protective cover of power units of nuclear power plants. Disclosed is a system for monitoring a protective shell of a power plant of a nuclear power plant, which consists of an information and measurement system connected together using a work station, intended for taking readings from transducers of measuring power PSI-01, force transducers HB 005 together with transducers of signals of PSC sensors; information-measuring system, intended for taking readings from string measuring transducers of PTS, and/or PSAC, and/or PLDS, and/or SPLP for control of stress-strain state of protective shell during normal operation and during periodical preventive maintenance; as well as an information and measurement system designed to determine local values of pressure, temperature and humidity of air in places of tight enclosure of nuclear power plant and calculation of air leakage from tight enclosure during tests of protective shell for tightness and strength.
EFFECT: invention provides higher reliability of monitoring of protective cover of power units of nuclear power plants.
