SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to wireless communication means. Wireless communication device for base station side comprises at least one processor, configured to determine, for one or more secondary carriers in an unlicensed bandwidth, the start time and end time of transmitting data on the corresponding secondary carrier; and control sending of first indication information relative to beginning and ending time to another base station. Besides, processor is configured to analyze first indication information from another base station, in which the first indication information indicates start time and end time of transmitting data on one or more secondary carriers in an unlicensed frequency band; and control current base station to perform data transmission on corresponding secondary carrier based on said start time and said end time, so that time for end of data transmission on secondary carrier is time not later than specified end time.

EFFECT: technical result is higher efficiency of wireless communication.
