FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a system for advertising in broadcast television channels on conditions of competition. System comprises a web server of an integrated advertisement management system with a control interface, on which a Customer subunit is formed, an Auction module, an Advertising message processing module, an Advertising module and a TV channel unit, wherein Customer subunit is connected by its output-input to Auction module and output with Advertising messages processing module, first output of which is connected to Advertising placement module, second output is connected to first input of TV channel unit, Auction module is connected by output-input with Advertising placement module, connected to second input TV channel unit, wherein TV Channel unit is arranged to advertise on air in dedicated ad units filled with fixed and/or floating type of arrangement in case if free time keeping of the unit considering volume occupied by floating arrangement is not enough for setting of advertising roll by fixed type.
EFFECT: technical result consists in creating a system for placing advertising on air television channels on conditions of competition in dedicated ad units, filled with fixed and/or floating type of arrangement in case of shortage of timing and volume of unit.
