FIELD: radio engineering and communications.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to radio communications. Wireless device in the NR wireless communication network is configured to obtain different transmission parameters associated with one or more synchronization signals (SS) transmitted by the network node during a first period of time and a second period of time, and determine one or more C network antenna configuration of the network node configured to transmit SS. Wireless device determines the time Tss associated with SS measurement based on the obtained parameters and certain characteristics C of the antenna configuration.
EFFECT: technical result consists in provision of flexibility in configuration of signals for synchronization of wireless devices, identification of cells and beam.
