SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to polar code coding means. For this, a method of encoding a polar code, comprising steps of obtaining, using a transmission side, a target information sequence, wherein the length of the target information sequence is equal to K, the length M of the cyclic redundancy check (CRC) for the target information sequence is determined in accordance with the length K, adding the verification code (CRC) length M to the target information sequence and performing polar encoding of the information sequence obtained after adding the verification code to obtain a polar code, and transmitting the polar code to the receiving side.
EFFECT: technical result is high efficiency of encoding a polar code.
