FIELD: transport machine building.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to automotive winter tire. Tire comprises a tread having a first tread edge, a second tread edge on the opposite side and inclined main grooves, made so that each inclined main groove passes obliquely from one of first and second edges of tread to equator of tire and ends, not reaching another of first and second edges of tread. Inclined major grooves are made so that each inclined main groove includes an outer part in the axial direction of the tire, which is inclined in one direction of inclination, inner part in tire axial direction, inclined in same inclination direction, and middle part formed between outer part in axial direction of tire and inner part in axial direction of tire and inclined in direction opposite to direction of external part inclination in axial direction of tire and inner part in axial direction of tire.

EFFECT: improved characteristics of tire on snow-covered road surface.
