FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to oil refining industry and can be used for processing oil sludges and fuel oil emulsion. Device for dehydration of oil sludge and flooded fuel oil comprises heated reservoirs for receiving and storage of raw material, reservoir for collection of bottom water, a reactor, pump for supply of raw material to reactor, heating element arranged in reactor and consisting of three coils with different diameters, vertically installed on entire height of filling with water-saturated raw material of reactor working zone, air and water coolers for steam cooling, reservoir for water intake and vacuum pump for vacuum generation located downstream of reservoir for water intake.
EFFECT: technical result: fast and efficient removal of water from oil sludge and fuel oil emulsion in bunkering territory, fuel oil terminals and oil storage tanks.
