SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biotechnology and preparative biochemistry and can be used in biopharmacology and medicine and represents a producer strain Yst-HSA-PDI1, obtained by transforming yeast cells of P.pastorisYst-HSA strain, secreting human serum albumin into a culture medium, expression genetic construct pFLD1-PDI1 containing nucleotide sequences of formaldehyde dehydrogenase 1 promoter of P.pastorisFLD1 yeast, native terminator and polyadenylation signal AOX1 of the alcoholhydrogenase I gene and the nucleotide sequence of disulphidisomerase gene PDI1P.pastoris and culturing the cells of the produced producer strain Yst-HSA-PDI1 in a modified minimal salt medium under growth conditions at high density in the fermenter.
EFFECT: invention solves the problem of producing recombinant human serum albumin in a eukaryotic system of expressing methylotrophic yeast Pichia pastoris with an HSA level of 1_4 g/l in growth conditions in a fermenter in a modified minimal salt medium.
