FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to biotechnology, namely to producing yeast strains - producers of recombinant proteins. Proposed is a recombinant plasmid DNA pGAP3tcGFP, represented in SEQ ID NO 1, for expressing a marker recombinant protein GFP. Also proposed is a Yst-pGAP3tcGFP strain of methylotrophic yeast P.pastoris, produced by transforming cells of methylotrophic yeast P.pastoris of the GS115 strain, for producing a marker recombinant protein GFP containing said recombinant plasmid DNA inside the cells. Also proposed is a method for producing a target recombinant protein using the above strain.
EFFECT: high level of production of the target protein.
