Invention relates to an Escherichia genus microorganism having the ability to produce L-amino acids and a high level of intracellular ATP as compared to an unmodified strain, where activity types of one or more proteins selected from amino acid sequence SEQ ID NO: 5, amino acid sequence SEQ ID NO: 6 and amino acid sequence SEQ ID NO: 7, which form iron absorption system, have been inactivated, and to a method of producing L-amino acids, comprising culturing a microorganism of the genus Escherichia according to any of claims 1-5 in medium and extracting L-amino acids from the culture medium or microorganism, where the L-amino acid is L-threonine or L-tryptophan.
