Device comprises at least one heating element (2) at least partially and / or periodically in thermal contact with working medium (4) and capable of operation at least periodically by means of a heat signal. At least on part of area between working medium (4) and heating element (2) there is unit (8) containing material with anisotropic heat conductivity, wherein unit (8) comprises layer or coating, which consist at least partially of material with anisotropic heat conductivity, or thin film consisting at least partially of material with anisotropic heat conductivity, wherein unit has along the longitudinal axis higher heat conductivity than perpendicular to it.
