SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for detection of deposits on reflecting section inside system, containing liquid. Summary of invention is in fact, that device comprises ultrasonic transducer for emitted signal ultrasonic emission in direction of reflecting section and recording device for ultrasonic reflected signal recording, obtained as result of ultrasound emitted signal reflection in reflecting section area. This device also comprises heating device for reflecting section temperature increasing.
EFFECT: technical result is providing possibility of biological and/or mechanical deposits accurate measurement.
