FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction industry, in particular to a method of producing foam polyisocyanurate for heat-insulating composite boards. Method of producing foam polyisocyanurate comprises mixing the polyol with a catalyst, a foaming agent, a surfactant and a flame-retardant additive. Then the obtained mixture is saturated with dried air and mixed with polyisocyanate. Polyol used is a polyol obtained by polycondensation of phthalic anhydride with diethylene glycol. Surfactant used is a polysiloxane block-copolymer. Polyisocyanate used is 4,4-diphenylmethane diisocyanate. Flame arresting additive used is a prepared mixture obtained in two steps: 80 wt% tetrabromophthalate diol with 20 wt% tri(1-chloro-2-propyl)phosphate for 12 hours, then adding tri(1-chloro-2-propyl)phosphate to its content in mixture of 40 wt%, and stirred for 12 hours. Flame arresting additive is introduced into composition in amount of 4.95–9.7 wt% in terms of total amount of mixture components.

EFFECT: invention enables to obtain foam polyisocyanurate for a heat-insulating composite plate with high fire-resistance while preserving other physical and mechanical properties of the material.
