FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to copper smelting, particularly to method and system for accelerated copper smelting. Device for copper smelting used in method includes melting furnace, copper smelting furnace, preheat furnace, first flow tank and second flowing tank. Smelting furnace is equipped with copper matte outlet and outlet of melting slag. Copper smelting furnace is equipped with an inlet of copper matte, wherein the copper matte inlet is in communication with the copper matte outlet through the first flow tank. Preheat furnace is equipped with inlet of melting slag, besides, melting slag inlet is in communication with outlet of melting slag through second flowing tank. Copper concentrate is melted in melting furnace to produce first copper matte and melting slag. Copper is obtained from first copper matte in copper-smelting furnace to produce anode copper and copper-smelting slag. Method includes reductive evaporation and deposition of melting slag in preheat furnace for complete extraction of valuable metals contained in melting slag, and obtaining harmless slag.
EFFECT: invention reduces losses and wastes of valuable metals and environmental pollution.
