FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of biotechnology. Invention represents a diagnostic technique for immunodeficiency conditions related to determination of content of intracellular vitamins in the main blood cells (neutrophils, lymphocytes, serum). Examined group included residents of Arkhangelsk in number of 273 people aged 18–30 years. Total blood analysis was performed with the leukocyte and erythrocyte count, the leukocyte count was calculated, and the haemoglobin content on the haematological analyser VS 3000 of Germany. Study revealed that the immunodeficiency state is diagnosed at the concentration of vitamin B1 in lymphocytes and neutrophils below the calculated level and the concentration of intracellular vitamin E in neutrophils is below the calculated value. Thus, concentration of vitamin B1 in lymphocytes and neutrophils, as well as concentration of intracellular vitamin E in neutrophils are markers of human immunodeficiency.
EFFECT: invention allows simplifying the analysis and obtaining high reliability.
