SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of physiology, immunology, laboratory diagnostics, pathophysiology, and is intended for predicting a reduction in the reserve capabilities of the immune homeostasis in people with an experience of living and working in the Arctic conditions longer than 10 years. The content of CD95+ lymphocytes with apoptosis receptors and CD71+ lymphocytes with transferrin receptors is determined in the peripheral venous blood of the examined persons. If the content of each of the CD95+ and CD71+ lymphocytes is more than 0.5∙109 cl/l, a parallel examination of the phenotypic structure of the CD10+ lymphocytes is conducted. If the value of the CD10+ lymphoproliferation level is less than 0.4∙109cl/l, a pronounced immune imbalance is considered to be formed and a reduction in the reserve capabilities of the immune homeostasis is predicted in people with an experience of living and working in the Arctic conditions longer than 10 years.

EFFECT: invention provides a possibility to conduct rapid screening diagnostics, reduce the time and simplify the methods for predicting the risk of forming a reduction in the reserve capabilities of immune regulation manifested in the early development of secondary ecologically dependent immunodeficiencies, a predisposition to chronic diseases, early biological aging.
