SUBSTANCE: questionnaire is conducted among surveyed people to find out the share of grain products in their weekly diet. The formula is used to calculate the share (S%) of grain products in the weekly diet: S% = (GN×100%)/TNM, where GN is the number of weekly consumption of grain products as the main food, TNM is the total number of meals per week. At an S value of 75% or more, a conclusion is made about the risk of CD4+ (less than× 0.4×109 kl/l) and CD3+ (less than 1.0×109 kl/l) deficiency of T-cells in the peripheral blood.

EFFECT: method provides a possibility to identify the risk of T-helper deficiency based on the nature of predominant nutrition, without requiring blood collection, application of immunological reagents and methods.
