METHOD OF EARLY PROGNOSIS OF CARDIOVASCULAR PATHOLOGY IN MEN WHO WORKED BY ROTATING SCHEME IN THE ARCTIC REGION Russian patent published in 2019 - IPC G01N33/53

Abstract RU 2687067 C1

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to physiology, immunology, laboratory diagnostics, pathophysiology and is intended for predicting the development of cardiovascular pathology (occupational diseases) for men with more than 5 years of working experience by rotational scheme in the conditions of the Arctic extreme climate. Essence of the method: the determination of the concentrations of cytotoxic lymphocytes (CD8+), lymphocytes with receptors to transferrin (CD71+) and lymphocytes with receptors for histocompatibility antigens of class II HLA-DR+ in the peripheral venous blood. With a CD8+ content more than 0.40⋅109 cl/l, CD71+ and HLA-DR+ less than 0.50⋅109 cl/l the early high probability of developing chronic cardiovascular pathology is predicted. Method allows the use of materials, reagents and research methods widely used in standard clinical and laboratory practice, which reduces the time and simplifies the prediction technique.

EFFECT: proposed method allows to conduct early rapid screening diagnostics, to shorten the time and simplify the procedure for predicting the risk of cardiovascular pathology formation.
