FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine and can be applied for detection of risk of formation of T-helper immunodeficiency in people in Arctic conditions. For this purpose blood sampling from vein is performed and total quantity of lymphocytes, small lymphocytes in lymphocytogram and content of adult functionally active T-cells CD3+ is determined. If content of total quantity of lymphocytes is less than 1.5⋅109 cell/l and of CD3+ cells less than 1.5⋅109 cell/l risk of T-helper deficiency formation is predicted. The invention makes it possible to detect people who have risk of pathology, associated with immunodeficiency of T-helper link of immunity in professional selection for work under extreme conditions of Subarctic region, as well as to perform prophylaxis of people with nomad style of life.

EFFECT: detection of risk of formation of T-helper immunodeficiency.
