FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to hydraulic engineering and nature protection construction and can be used for protection of coastal areas from shoreline washing and formation of ravines during spring high water. Invention purpose is as follows: use of sun and wind energy for slowing down of snow melting. Portions of pressed snow are formed as wind flow concentrators for wind-driven power plant, which provides energy for collection, pressing of snow and placing it in collars. At the foot of each collar there created are rainwater catchment basins, and the beads themselves are covered with a layer of heat-insulating fibrous material, providing capillary rise of rain moisture from the bottom of the collar to its surface for absorption of solar energy by evaporation of rain moisture.

EFFECT: proposed method makes it possible to use wind energy for snow collection, its pressing and laying in collars and to use solar energy for evaporation of rain water and cooling of collars from pressed snow.
